calculate_shortest_phase_belt Calculates some key numbers.
Input arguments: - W : winding configuration matrix
Output arguments: - s : length of shortest phase belt = number of consecutive slots housing coils belonging to one phase only. - Nbelts : number of said belts in total. - symmetries : number of periodicities.
